(World Premiere) Watch: Cast of Cheers – ‘Human Elevator’

For better or worse, Ireland upholds a proud tradition of family-focused exports: The Corrs. Jedward. B*Witched. Okay, sure: perhaps it’s not so proud a tradition after all. Nevertheless, brothers Conor and Neil Adams follow in their footsteps, fronting frenzied four-piece The Cast Of Cheers.

The lads from Dublin were recently in Australia to play at Splendour in the Grass, and a pair of sideshows with the Django Django crew, and made quite an impression on the punters. When FL’s reviewer caught the band in Sydney he reported that “While the crowd may not know their name just yet, but The Cast Of Cheers certainly make their impression felt.” The hyperactive gang also put together a guide to their top Splendour picks for FasterLouder.

Now the band has released a video for Human Elevator featuring a sinister man in a mankini, some light S&M, and a few religious crazies. Human Elevator one of the highlights of their debut album Family.
