Watch Violent Soho whip up a warehouse frenzy in their ‘Blanket’ video
It’s all systems go on the Violent Soho front, and has been for some time we reckon. They’re gearing up to smash Splendour this weekend, have only just announced a second massive Australian tour for the year with more ripper supports, have been announced for the huge 2017 UNIFY Gathering and released a heartfelt mini doco on their last tour. Now only a little over a month after releasing their last film clip, they’ve gone and released another.
In a quick turnaround since putting the callout for Melbourne fans to appear in a film clip, the band have unveiled a raucous warehouse-set video for ‘Blanket’ with some heavy ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’ vibes. The track is lifted from Violent Soho’s album of this year, WACO. The clip is directed by Matt Weston, who you might know from Nation Blue and High Tension.
