Grammy Award winner and R&B legend Mary J. Blige leads the second lineup announcement for Bluesfest 2017.

She’ll be joined by British soul singer Corinne Bailey Rae; returning Bluesfest favourite Michael Kiwanuka; and rising R&B star Gallant. Check out the full additions to the line-up below.

They join the likes of punk icon Patti Smith, who will perform her debut record Horses in full. The Zac Brown Band, The Lumineers, Buddy Guy, and Bonnie Raitt, are also already locked in to perform over the weekend. Bluesfest management has reported that ticket sales for the 2017 event have ‘gone through the roof’.

There’ll be more Bluesfest announcements to come, and if previous years are indication, there’ll be more headline heavy-hitters to come.

Bluesfest will be held over the Easter weekend at Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm. Tickets are on sale now.
