Listen Out add a new international act to the 2014 lineup

YG might be out of Listen Out, but the festival has a replacement up their sleeve. Today, the big spring bash has added UK outfit Snakehips to the 2014 line-up, with the duo set to take the stage in every city on the schedule.

Better yet, event promoters have promised that there’s “more artists yet to be revealed”. Snakehips isn’t the first new name to grace the bill over the past few days – earlier this week, Listen Out announced the return of the popular Red Bull Crate Diggers stage, which tasks some of Australia’s best local DJs with the job of schooling the audience in their musical movement of choice.

Over the weekend, rapper YG withdrew from the Listen Out bill, with Fuzzy explaining only that he’d “cancelled his Australian tour”. Flume headlines this year’s festival, with internationals like Four Tet, Zhu, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs joining him.
