Laneway completes its stacked 2017 lineup with the addition of King Gizzard

Laneway has spent the past month and a bit topping up its already tasty 2017 lineup with additions D.D. Dumbo (following the withdrawal of The Julie Ruin) and international headliner Young Thug. Now Laneway has finalised the bill with the addition of rampant psych lords King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard.

Laneway will be where the mighty Gizz will kick of what’s set to be a hectic year, even by their very hectic standards. Their new album Flying Microtonal Banana is out February 24, slated to be the first of four full-length releases for the band in 2017.

They join fellow local heavy-hitters Tame Impala, Nick Murphy, A.B Original and more on the lineup.

Laneway 2017 kicks off on January 26 in Brissie. Check out the full updated lineup, along with the dates and venues, below.
