Fremantle’s indie-popsters have announced a string of side shows to coincide with their Groovin’ The Moo tour and celebrate the massive success of their second EP Awkward, which won them a top ten placing on the Hottest 100 list.
The San Cisco crew have invited fellow West Australians Voltaire Twins to bring their set of synth laden dance tunes along to open the show.

On signing Husky – the first ever Aussie band signed to the famed label – Sub Pop President Jonathan Poneman porodly boasted that “the band’s strength rests in its infectious, evocative songs and stirring live performances.” And you can check out those evocative, stirring sets when the band returns from SXSW and other US dates in April.

Brisbane duo An Horse have announced a capital city tour of the country for April, their first headline shows since their recent appearance at Falls and Southbound. The recently released single Airport Death is the third track lifted from 2011’s Walls album.
