Bluesfest has just gone and casually added Neil Young to the 2017 lineup

Bluesfest organisers are proving to have no chill when it comes to adding legendary artists to its 2017 bill already filled with legendary artists. Less than a week after welcoming Santana and The Doobie Brothers to the bill, they’ve just gone and put Neil Young’s name at the top of the poster.

Neil Young will bring his band Promise Of The Real to Byron for a promised three hour set, which will no doubt have the potential to join the ranks of an all-time great Bluesfest moment.

Neil joins Patti Smith, Buddy Guy, Mary J Blige and a whole heap more on the 2017 lineup. Check out the full roster of acts announced so far below.

Bluesfest will be held over the Easter weekend at Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm. Tickets are on sale now – grab them here.
